This wine is elegant, fresh and fruity, made from a blend of Alphonse Lavallée Grapes and Malvasia Nera Grapes (50% Alphonse Lavallée grapes 50% Malvasia Nera grapes). With a high-chromatic impact, it has a ruby red color. To the nose it offers aromas of fruit with red flesh, among which plum, sour cherries, mulberry, blueberries and blackberries. Combined with balsamic notes, spicy notes (black pepper, cinnamon, licorice) and chocolate notes, they grant to the bouquet a great body and complexity of perfumes. Soft and enveloping on the palate, it finds its proper pairing with dishes of red meat, game, mushrooms and cheese.
